Who are you?
My name is Martin, a 25-year old entrepreneur. I was born and raised in a village near Eindhoven by a Russian mother and Dutch father. Around 4 years ago I came here to Maastricht to study a Master’s programma and stuck around since.

What is your company + what do you do?
Realize has the mission to support young people in shaping their unique life journey. We do this by facilitating workshops, coaching sessions and retreats around various personal development topics. Since our inception in 2020 we have positively impacted 500+ people and are looking to keep expanding.

What does the Qeske community mean to you?
The Qeske community to me represents a place where like-minded people with an entrepreneurial spirit can come together and make their dreams come true.
